  Great for students who don't mind creaky beds and kitchenware from the thrift store

  Liked: Location was good. Rooms were spacious.

  Disliked: The furniture was very dated, it looked like everything was from a thrift store.

  Needs Improvement

  Liked: Conveniently central and within walking distance of the metro station, a supermarket, and numerous shops.

  Disliked: The property did not live up to the pictures online, which made it look much better than it actually was. The furniture and appliances are dated, including a broken refrigerator and a blocked shower drain. Additionally, with two single beds, the setup is not ideal for couples. Overall, it felt overpriced for what was offered.

  Excellent value and superb location

  Liked: It is not a fancy place, and looks a little shabby, but it is excellent value for the money.

  Disliked: As I wrote above, it is not at all fancy, but I am willing to sacrifice that for a great price.

  Great location, to walk around Salamanca and to Malasaña especially. Slightly outdated building

  Liked: location was amazing, friendly helpful staff and clean room.

  Liked: Location is perfect! Value for money...

  Disliked: Do not expect any luxury, but it has all the basic requirements. The tv was malfunctioning, wifi could be a bit stronger so that connection does not break occasionsly, air-conditioner could be a bit stronger.
