  Most relevant: Warning

  Liked: Location was great, near metro, mercado and Royal Palace

  Disliked: Except location, everything was terrible. 1. The shower didn't work for three nights and management of the apartment tried to gaslight us that we can fix it with plastic toothbrush and warm towels. After many days of back and forth the finally changed the whole shower and fixed the instalation. Infuriating thing was that we saw reviews spanning back a year that had the same complaint and they didn't fix it until someone stubborn enough pushed them to do it. 2. Communication with the management was atrocious. They offered us guides how to be handymen, they were confrontational and they promised to clean the room since it was dirty and never sent anyone. 3. WI-FI was terrible. We found out why. The Wi-Fi you connect to isn't your private room one. The one in the room isn't set up. What they do is they have 1 wifi for the whole set of apartments and you have an amplifier device at your door. This made any work online impossible and is extremely unsafe. Someone with basic IT knowledge could steal all the data from all the guests with ease. 4. The apartment we were in is less an apartment and more a dungeon. We had no natural air flow, no natural light. The two windows looked at some vertical gaps between buildings. We had almost no normal telephone reception and no GPRS reception, which was a big issues since apartment Wi-Fi is unsafe and terrible. The images of the apartment use a lot of artificial light for the dungeon apartment to make it look normal but they are very misleading. As for the light, they need to be fixed since they flicker in the kitchen area. 5. The apartment is very dirty. You have crusted over stains on the bathroom door, red yellow and black stains on the walls and we were greeted with spider web hanging from the ceiling, above the bed. On top of that, bed is under 160cm width and is very uncomfortable. The sheets were clean at least.
