Liked: Great choice and a wonderful experience! The location of the hotel is exceptional – everything was within easy reach and close to everything we needed. We especially want to highlight the night receptionist who welcomed us during check-in; he is definitely the friendliest receptionist we have ever met! We were traveling with a baby, and he offered us every possible assistance, emphasizing that we could call him anytime since the reception is open 24/7. Also, we were delighted with the cleanliness – our room was cleaned every two days, always with fresh, clean towels, which is a rarity nowadays and truly commendable. If we ever come back here, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended to everyone!

It was fine, but again, I strongly believe that Management should look into the upkeep of the property to give a better

Liked: The location of the property is outstanding! The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Disliked: The lobby area is nicely presented, yet the elevators and the hallways are beat up and run down. That is a shame as all it needs is maintenance to keep up the standard of the hotel.

Liked: Good location and nice sized room.

Disliked: My room stank of cigarets and when I brought this to the attention of staff they shrugged their shoulders and said it was probably the rooms next door smoking - they did not show any willingness to solve the problem. The fridge also had stagnant water on top of it that looked like it had been there for a while.
