  Liked: Really nice location - lots of eating joints were close by. We walked from the station to the apartment. The retiro park was also walkable. Very well maintained. Adequately equipped kitchen.

  Disliked: Didn't mention that the property had stairs. Were dangerous with a 2 year old. It became a nightmare for us to constantly keep watch on the little one.

  Great location, comfortable and quiet area

  Liked: Location is fantastic, a few minutes from Atocha station. Reina Sofia gallery, Retiro Park and lots of lovely cafes and bars. Very clean, well furnished and quiet.

  Conveniently located near train/metro & Reina Sofia, quiet nights, comfy bed, and decent kitchen

  Liked: Great location for train station and metro, and Museo Reina Sofia, as well as local coffee and bakery for breakfast. Mostly a 10-15 mins pleasant walk to other places of interest. Washing machine came in handy. Well kitted out kitchen. Airconditioner worked well and was quiet. Neighbourhood is quiet at night, bed was comfy.

  Disliked: The booking (check in, rules, user manuals, contract etc) is managed through a 3rd party website. it is comprehensive and useful but required a fair bit of reading, and added another layer of unavoidable admin as it's a contactless property.
