  Great location. Disappointing customer service

  Liked: The biggest advantage of this apartment is definitely its location, right in the city center. The apartment was a decent size, the baby cot we requested was provided, and the lockers were convenient.

  Disliked: There were several downsides that affected our overall experience. Before arrival, we received an excessive number of messages asking us to complete an online check-in questionnaire that required a lot of personal information. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and like we were being asked to do work that should be handled by the property. The apartment is also poorly soundproofed, with considerable noise from the street at night and from neighboring apartments. The cleanliness could also be improved. The elevator was another concern, as it got stuck twice during our stay. Unfortunately, the customer service was particularly disappointing. Although the communication initially seemed friendly, even very simple requests were not accommodated. Despite our five-night stay, only a single small bar of soap was provided. Unfortunately, our requests for additional soap and other basic toiletries were declined, reflecting a disappointing lack of attention to guests’ basic needs. These were small, reasonable requests that could easily have been addressed. The apartment is acceptable for a short stay of one or two nights. However, I would not recommend it for longer stays. The sheets were not changed during our five-night stay, and if you want cleaning an additional €50 cleaning fee is charged.

  The accommodation gave us everything we needed for our stay

  Liked: Central location, generous space, air conditioning, and all amenities. Close to many attractions in the City and a great starting point for walking to Museums, galleries parks and shops. Also good security and easy access. Room was ready on arrival which was a bonus.

  Disliked: The apartment was spacious but a little tired (with a crack in the hob and a dishwasher draw that was lacking all its wheels) and felt rather Spartan but adequate.

  Liked: This apartment had all the right utensils and facilities and was in an excellent location. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

  Disliked: The bedroom is very soundproof which is excellent, the living room, less so. I ended up asking neighbours to quieten down on two early mornings.
