  Yes stay here

  Liked: The location was excellent and near nic parks, shopping, and great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. The employees were remarkable and professional. We did not try the dining other than a quick drink at the bar, but the food did look good. The rooms were very spacious and the AC worked!

  A night of luxury on our last night in Madrid near two world class museums

  Liked: Great location near Prado, Reina Sofía, and botanical gardens.

  Disliked: Stairs from street to front desk can be a challenge with luggage, but you can request help.

  Liked: Polite and efficient staff, especially all the porters

  Disliked: The decoration with all the straw mirrors etc made the place look cheap, think Thailand by the sea rather than the centre of Madrid.

  Liked: In a very good location. A large room. Really good breakfast with very helpful waiting staff - I was able to order an individual coffee and egg dish. Reception staff very friendly.

  Disliked: I think the bedroom interior design could probably benefit from a bit of re-thinking.
