  Liked: Easy to find. Great location... Front desk is super welcoming and even let us leave our big luggage for a few days before checking in since went out to visit Seville

  Disliked: Overall cleanliness of our room was disappointing and we even had tissues from the last client in the trash. Also the floor was dirty and we didn't have in house slippers to at least manage that.

  Great potential - lacks cleaning

  Liked: The reception staff are friendly and professional. The studio is equipped with all the facilities listed. The location was good, you can manage with public transport (bus, metro) to get to all the city attractions. There are shops close by for any requirements.

  Disliked: Cleaning. The level of cleaning made our stay uncomfortable. From the bathroom and kitchenette drawers to the bedding - marks, hairs everywhere. Towels marked, old. The cleaning that was supposed to be done during out stay did not happen. If cleaning greatly improves it can reach the excellent level mentioned on Booking.com

  Spacious apartment in a calm area with 24h reception!

  Liked: Great apartment and very spacious and very good value of money. I also liked the 24h reception which felt secure. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street, but taxi’s can stop next to the other 2 roads next to it. There are also 2 supermarkets (carrefour small supermarket, and lidl big supermarket in less than 5 minute walk). The metro (line 4 +5) nearest stop San Diego de Leon is 5 min walk as well. The airport is about 15 min by taxi. The area is very calm, after exploring madrid & busy centre we enjoyed resting at the apartment.

  Disliked: There was a glass in our apartment that had lipstick on it.. and was clearly not clean. Maybe double check all cutlery/glasses / pans before using it. We also did not had the basic for cooking (like olive oil, salt and pepper), no problem to buy it but for a short stay it’s not great to buy a big bottle of Olive oil.

  Great stay

  Liked: This is my home for 5 days in Madrid. It’s a Very comfortable place, and 24/7 front desk is super helpful for arriving from a long international flight. The location is quiet, secure, right in the local residential area. Makes me feel like a local
