  I wouldn’t rate this hotel as 5 star standards. Maximum 4 star for the service

  Liked: Only location.

  Disliked: Staff, room size and facilities I got a room in the 1st floor which was next to the service area which was noisy and room was with small window looking out to the street.

  Liked: Everything you need in the hotel, breakfast was very good. Terrace was nice with good food and drinks.

  Disliked: Rooms were very dark. Although breakfast was good it was a bit pricey to have everyday.

  Nice hotel but given it was a special occasion would have expected better service

  Disliked: Very nice hotel. Sadly even though we told we are getting married, they made zero effort to make our stay special. I know this is not a must but it would be nice to come back to a nice hotel room the night after our wedding! Pillows were awful. Checkout final bill needs to be revised as they tend to put more things on the tab. Smoking on the terrace was horrendous. We couldn’t enjoy it much. Laundry service fee was not disclosed to us in advance and we had to pay 120€. But that’s just Spanish “service”. People not disclosing their fees until late. Our room was on the first floor and interior. Not great either.
