  Liked: The flat is very clean, the storage space is excellent. The location is perfect.

  Disliked: The bedroom is very unfortunately located. It does not have windows to outside and the air circulation is very bad. The central air-conditioning is very poorly working and so it is very hard to sleep through the night.

  When I return to Madrid again, I will stay in both apartments again

  Liked: Beautiful apartment in a great location. Nice building with apartments and reception on the ground floor. The owners were very kind in communication and helpful. Kudos to them. When I return to Madrid again, I will stay in both apartments again.

Check-in until 11:00 PM.

* Free check-in: from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

* In-person check-in from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €20 surcharge.

* In-person check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €30 surcharge.

Arrivals after 11:00 PM must be requested in advance:

* From 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM: €35 surcharge.

* From 1:00 AM to 2:00 AM: €50 surcharge.

Check-in is not possible after 2:00 AM.

We offer free early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.

In the event of lost keys or a lockout due to keys being left inside the apartment, the cost of the locksmith will be €150, to be paid directly by the guest.
