Liked: Amazing apartment hotel we spent a week in Madrid. The staff were outstanding from the front desk to the cleaning staff. The room was exactly what was described online with a small kitchen and nice size bathroom along with a bedroom and living room area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place and will be back in the future.

Incredibly affordable for the location. Clean, spacious, straightforward amenities; all the basics needed

  Liked: Great value

Disliked: Some difficulty with clear instructions about where to find reception; lobby was locked during open hours and it took about 20 min wait to get in.

  I highly recommend this hotel

Liked: The hotel is excellently located, easy to get to all the important attractions in the city center. The room was very clean and well equipped. The stuff is extremely friendly and hospitable and we felt like we got the answers and attention to all our needs.

Disliked: The balcony was tiny. I woke up of noise from the street a few times during our stay, bur maybe the the downfall of being in such a central place.
