Really great place and support. We had a great time

Liked: The location was good for access to the Prado and the Reina Sofia museums. We walked to both with ease.

Disliked: The only real complaint were the pillows on the bed. Kinda flat.

Liked: Location is good. Communication too.

Disliked: The digital keys were not working when I arrived, and the physical key to my room was missing upon arrival because a previous guest had lost it. The manager told me they would make a copy right away. The key system started working again. Two days later, my door failed to open, and after contacting the helpline, it turned out that the reserve key had not ben made or put where itv should have been. A hassle I didn't expect. In addition, compared to my previous stay I didn't like this apartment on the first floor (on top of a café, noisier and less nice).
