  Ok but expensive for what it was

  Liked: Good location, spacious, fridge and hob good. Hot shower.

  Disliked: No breakfast even though booking said it was included. Very noisy could hear traffic all night long and it felt cold in the room. The decor was poor (peeling paint, dirty skirting boards) Lifts were so small and old.

  Location of the hotel is very good. Staff members are very polite and helpful

  Liked: Bed and facilities.

  Disliked: There was no hairdryer in the room. I recommend to add it to the facilities.

  Cheap stay, wouldn't recommend

  Liked: I think the main selling point is the location (Salamanca) where it's easy to get around and a nice neighbourhood to stay in. The room was also quite quiet given it sits on a main road. Cleaning staff was super kind and polite, changing our towels every day. We were able to leave our bags there before check in which was a nice thing.

  Disliked: Everything felt cheap. We got two individual beds instead of a double/queen bed given it was a double room (they were also different heights, so even though they were pushed in together you'd sleep at a different height from your partner). It was equipped with a small kitchen and even though it had cups and some essentials, a kettle would've been nice to make some tea/coffee (instead of a cooking pot!). It felt like they had just equipped it with random things just to put stuff in there. The room itself also needed a renovation, especially the bathroom. The shower was clean enough though. Lastly, we asked reception for an iron (given we were going to a wedding) and they were only able to lend us one on a 30 euro deposit!!! Seemed outrageous for a basic hotel amenity.
