  Do not stay in this place!

  Liked: The only good thing about this place is its location. Unfortunately, everything else was terrible.

  Disliked: Communication was poor, and when I arrived, the place was filthy. The bedding did not appear to have been changed, there was hair on the bed, and the sofa and rug were disgusting. The floors and bathroom were also dirty, and towels from the previous guests were still hanging in the bathroom. It looked as though the place had not been cleaned between stays. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else.

  Nice apartment near Plaza Castilla

  Liked: The apartment is very well located, next to metro station, bus stops, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Just 500m from Plaza Castilla. The apartment was clean, towels and toiletry were provided. It has a small kitchen with a few utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine also available. It has a smart TV. It has no air conditioning but the ceiling fan helps a lot so it doesn’t feel warm.

  Disliked: They are very inflexible with check in and check out times. They give you the instructions for check in only after 15:00. Check out is at 11:00 and they don’t give you even 30 additional minutes, even when I kindly asked for it. Even though there is a dishwasher, there is no soap provided for the machine. So you have to do the dishes by hand. Some basic stuff like salt, pepper, oil, coffee are missing. It would be nice if provided.

  Disliked: They didn’t answer the phone, even though I called them twice. They were late sending the code and the information for entering the apartment. The street is noisy at night. The bed for the children wasn’t prepared. And several other things. Too much money for something like this...
