This hotel must be absolutely avoided

Liked: Nothing was OK in this hotel

Disliked: The cleaning of my room wasn't done during 2 days and I had to complain to the management to have it made. The people working at the reception were very rude to me and didn't take seriously my complains about the issues with the lack of cleanliness in the room. This hotel which is situated in a very bad location in madrid must be avoided.

A Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable Stay in Madrid

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Bypillow La Castellana in Madrid. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog and park our car for an additional fee, which made our stay much more convenient. Everything went smoothly, and we had no complaints. We would happily stay here again!

Disliked: Todo estuvo bien, no me puedo quejar
