  Liked: Excellent location, very clean and 24 hour reception. High comfort and a quiet neighborhood with everything you want within walking distance. Have the excellent and affordable breakfast and coffee at Pom Pom cafe next door and make sure you check out the delicious fresh Spanish food at Rambal around the corner for lunch or dinner. For natural wines and tapas take a short walk to bar Lava in La Latina and enjoy under the large trees outside. The staff at all places are very friendly too.

  Nice & would stay again but still slightly pricey for what you’re getting

  Liked: Comfortable, clean & great location.

  Disliked: The walls are very very thin and you can hear everything going on in the room/s next to you. Earplugs recommended!

  No hot water, a noisy room, and dated decor

  Liked: The location is very convenient, the elevator was large and functional, and the lockers are very useful.

  Disliked: The lobby is so outdated and the staff is nonchalant. But the problem was really the noise at night-- I could hear people in other rooms, so I actually had to wear earplugs. And the WORST was that my shower ran out of hot water. Waking up on a chilly autumn morning with a cold shower is miserable. The price for my room was 330 Euros, and it should have cost less than 140 Euros for the quality of room and hotel. If I paid a reasonable price, I would have perhaps not minded the inferior quality. But when paying over 300 Euros for a room, I expect better service, nicer decor, and a quieter and more comfortable room. (Although no hot water is never acceptable.) I guess it was my fault for not booking earlier. If you have a choice, book somewhere nicer.
