    Great location and installations!

Liked: I initially picked ByPillow because of its location- I usually stay in the Serrano area. It was my first time but I would definitely look into it for a repeat visit. The installations are great- my room was spacious, clean, and well situated to control outside noise.

Small but pleasant hotel in a super location if your looking for something practical and cheaper this is good option for

Liked: Small practical hotel in a great location close to everything.

Disliked: The rooms were quite small so was hard to open suitcase anywhere.

    Liked: The location is perfect.

Disliked: The room was way too noisy. The walls are so thin that you can literally hear your neighbors flushing the toilet in the middle of the night. So don’t forget your earplugs and a sleep mask as well, because there was an illuminated evacuation plan in the room that stayed lit all night, and it was impossible to switch it off.
