  Suffocating

Liked: Nothing… the property is a mess

Disliked: Everything. 1. The location was not good 2. There were renovations happening in the building. The room was full of debris. 3. It looked nothing like the picture 4. Red stains in tissue roll. 5. Broken window 6. Someone else was sitting in our room when we checked in 7. People came into the room without even knocking. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone

Amazing value for money, clean and tidy, no kitchen to cook

Liked: The room was big enough with a desk which helped because I had some work to do. Wi-fi was fast and stable. Clean and tidy. Some problems with mold that I read on some other comments have been visibly fixed. The 2 bathrooms for 5 rooms were enough, I never had to wait for my turn. Location might not be for everyone but I really enjoyed a more quiet stay in Madrid. The cleaner was friendly and helpful. 3 separate doors to go in the room felt safe enough.

Disliked: Self check-in could go a little bit better. The codes for the door were sent a little late (10-15 mins) so I got a little anxious because I was waiting outside. The kitchen was non-existent. There was only a fridge we could use but not the oven or furnace, even though they were functional. No utensils, plates etc. If we could use the kitchen for some basic cooking and there were some basic pots, plates, utensils it would be 10/10.
