A lovely stay with stunning views, excellent comfort and convenient service

Liked: We stayed in one of the suites, and the views of Puerta de Alcalá were delightful. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The hotel also arranged several transfers for us, including our airport pick-up, which made everything incredibly convenient.

Disliked: A very minor point, but communication was occasionally a little excessive, and some messages did not reflect the latest arrangements, meaning I had to reconfirm a few details. Nothing that detracted from an otherwise lovely stay.
