Not recommended, could be way better

  Liked: Clean and spacious room

Disliked: A lot of things: 1- rude staff 2- we were hearing ticking and water dripping all night long and we couldn’t locate the source 3- we started showering in the morning and then out of the sudden there’s no hot/cold water. Nothing, zero water coming out. When i spoke to the receptionist, she said that they put a sign in the elevator on the same day early morning!

Convenient hotel in the heart of the action

Liked: Our room overlooked a busy street, but the double windows did a great job blocking any noise. We didn't realize there were jackhammers working on the nearby plaza until we went back outside. The room was clean and comfortable. It only suffered in comparison with the other wonderful accommodations we booked for this trip.

Disliked: With all the protests going on and the national holiday, it was challenging to get anywhere, even on foot. On the plus side, though, we discovered a charming little restaurant by looking away from the congestion.
