Nice apartment, but be extremely careful — the deposit was not returned and the property completely disappeared after ch

Liked: The apartment itself looks fine at first glance and the location is decent.

Disliked: The main issue is the handling of the damage deposit. The €2000 deposit has not been refunded for more than six weeks after checkout. The property stopped responding completely and ignored all messages and follow-ups. No explanation, no timeline, no communication at all. This behavior is unacceptable and extremely stressful for guests. Keeping a deposit for such a long time without any response raises serious concerns about the reliability and honesty of the property management.

A very disappointing experience due to an unresolved deposit issue and total lack of communication after checkout

Overall very happy with my stay, would definitely recommend this location for business travellers

Liked: apartment was clean and available facilities were in good condition, including very good wifi. cleaning staff came once a week. building and apartment access was through key card and app, which was convenient.

Disliked: Dish washer was mentioned in the description but was not available. The main windows do not have curtains so the apartment is very bright throughout the day until sunset @10:00PM and no privacy from apartments on opposite side of the courtyard.
