  Liked: Only the locations.

  Disliked: The room was not.comfortable, no trash bin in the room. Bed is not comfortable. No hand wash in bathroom. Room was too small and the room was in 4th floor and there is no lift facilities.

  Some inconvenience, but overal reasonable value for money

  Liked: Location is very good. Host offered glasses of water (containing chlorine... ) at arrival. Not crowded. Neat & Clean. Nice old traditional Madrid style staircase. Balcony with view on street. Good real Italian pizza next door.

  Disliked: 4th floor via stairs. Arguing about online check in after I already had the Booking confirmation. No cloakroom! Most communication with host via WhatsApp. 10:00 PM no host to check out. Noisy airco. Noisy street during night.

  Only the location was good

  Liked: Location was good as it was near the city centre.

  Disliked: Staff was not friendly. The lady who was at the reception was never smiling and welcoming. Didn’t speak English at all. Difficult to communicate. There was no lift. We were on the 4th floor and we were not informed about that.

  Liked: Location was absolutely perfect. In the heart of Madrids city centre. The accommodation is basic, but has everything you need. Comfortable beds, great wifi and it’s good value for money as Madrid accommodation is quite pricey.

  Liked: Location excelent. Lots of restaurants and grocery near by

  Disliked: It is on the 4 th floor no elevators. Is mention in the description so you know what you sign in for. Some glasses for drinking would have been nice in the room
