  Liked: Would recommend it! We were 4 girls and stayed there 5 nights. We arrived late around 22:00 and the woman already waited for us, she was really nice and explained everything to us. The room was clean and had everything we needed. In the lobby u can take hairdryer, or iron, toiletries if u need them so that was a plus. The internet connection was also very good and we had no problem with that. Very near is the metro station and tobacco also coffee places nearby. The last day we were allowed to leave our luggage because our flight was late at night. That was really kind of them.

  Great Location, Clean, but

  Liked: Location to Bull Fighting was great. 5 minute walk. And the room was old but very clean. AC worked great. Sweet lady at reception couldn't speak English and we don't speak Spanish but she still a very patient with us.

  Disliked: Check out sll our other Booking.com reviews you'll see we're not complainers but others need to know these things. The room and bathroom was the smallest room we've ever stayed in. There is no room to put suitcases other than on the bed.. Our bed was sagged in the middle so we both rolled to the center. The bathroom sink was the tiniest sink I've seen. We have an RV with a tiny sink and this was twice as small. Need new towels, they were pretty thin.

  Liked: We had a great stay at this hotel in Madrid! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. They replied to our messages on WhatsApp almost immediately, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, with two metro stations nearby and several convenient metro lines, making it easy to get around the city. The room had air conditioning, a shower, and a mini-fridge. It was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. There were also some lovely little extras that weren't mentioned when I booked the room: drinking water and cups were available if you needed a drink, and kettles could be provided from the ground floor. You could also borrow a hairdryer, an iron, and a curling iron. The staff were happy to provide extra toilet paper whenever we ran out.

  Disliked: The only downside is that the staff don't speak English, but this wasn't a major problem for us because we used a translation app on our phones to communicate. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great convenience, cleanliness, and helpful service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Madrid!

  Liked: Very easy to communicate with them, excellent beds and clean room. Very quiet too.

  Disliked: The entrance and lobby need work. It's clear the rooms have been refurbished but not the rest of the common areas.
