Disliked: Accomodation looked modern and clean. However there were few big flaws. There was no soap in bathroom, kettle is broken and there is no other way how to make tea. Biggest issue was that I booked and payed accomodation for 3 people, and we got only 2 towels and 2 blankets... When I was writing message to the landlord, I got automatic AI reply...

Liked: Thought the price was reasonable. But there were reasons.

Disliked: Terrible. Filthy condition. Hair and dust everywhere. Toilet smells bad. Never trust the sofa bed if considering more than 2 people. I had to sleep in my own sleeping bag in the kitchen. There is no linen or towel prepared for the 3rd guest despite the pre-paid and pre-informed notification. Delivered the provider about the inconvenience but the response was immature not meeting the standard at all. The owner responded the linen and towel were kept under the sofa bed. Who on earth puts the linen and towel in that dusty and filthy place if that was even true? The sofa bed does not even open when I tried. Sad. Please. DO NOT chose this accommodation for everyone's sake.

  Exceptional Stay

Liked: My stay was perfect from start to finish. I also had to modify my dates, and from the very first call they treated me with incredible kindness. The team was extremely attentive, solved everything quickly, and guided me through every step of the change. Honestly, exceptional service — I was truly delighted.
