  Liked: Location

  Disliked: No ventilation in the whole apartment & suffocating. The bathroom doors were stuck and one of us was locked inside for couple of hours. We had to use the bathroom without doors for 2 days.

  Disliked: When you need something, they don’t response you. The heater didn’t work and I informed to property management however they didn’t reply until reported to booking.com and then they sent a technician!

Please note that late check-in after 20:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they must provide a signed authorization form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
