  I wouldn’t go there from Thursday till Sunday, the add doesn’t tell there are next to you many clubs so you cannot sleep

  Not coming Back

  Disliked: Leaving aside the fact that there is a nightclub right next door, the smell of damp in the apartment, and the fact that I found two cockroaches during my stay, the worst part of the experience came afterwards. I paid a €300 security deposit, but only €270 was returned because I was accused of stealing a shower hose. The only “evidence” presented to support this accusation was a photograph. When I tried to discuss the situation over the phone, the staff were rude, showed no willingness to understand or even consider my side of the story, and eventually hung up on me. I found the whole situation extremely disrespectful. I certainly did not appreciate being treated like a thief. It also makes absolutely no sense: why would someone who knows they have paid a €300 security deposit steal something as inexpensive and easily identifiable as a shower hose? Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the issues with the apartment itself and, above all, the way the deposit situation was handled, I cannot recommend this place.

  Disliked: We were unable to get into our apartment because the door handle had gotten stuck and we were unable to open the door. This was Saturday night, i.e. we had to wait in the cold for an hour until someone from staff came in the midst of a night club and bordell visitors passing us by constantly.

  Disliked: The extremely annoying process to pay the deposit, the unhelpful staff. The awful humidity smell, it’s barely an apartment, very noisy at nights

  Liked: I have to fill out a form electronically and without the deposit payment-which was never mentioned anywhere- you can't finish the process to get the key code. You have to pay the deposit which the place honestly doesn't needed. It's located in a area where the owner fail miserably to mentioned on the listing that is full of bars with "college students" partying.

  Disliked: The mold on the ceiling, the step loose on the stairs to go up the bed that cause to trip a couple of times in ONE night, the lack of understanding or empathy to refund after mentioned that I was not safe and was getting sick. The fail to mentioned where exactly this is located.

Please note that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Otherwise, they will need to submit a signed release form along with a copy of the parent's or legal guardian's passport. The property can provide a template of the authorization form upon request.

Only temporally reservations are allowed, not short stays. The house is not rented for tourist purposes, since they are temporary rentals.
