  Cute, affordable no frills hotel centrally located

  Liked: We had an amazing balcony. The location was central. Cafe attached to the hotel with yummy breakfast options.

  Disliked: The hallways were a little dingy. We came back to the room to rest for an hour which is when housekeeping came by. When we asked if she could come back later, she said no.

  Pretty good experience!

  Liked: Everything was awesome. I really liked having a retrace. The staff was awesome!

  Disliked: The room is a little bit small and it is difficult to manage the space when you have multiple luggages but I would book it again.

  Has potential but would not recommend

  Liked: Excellent location, spacious room, comfortable bed.

  Disliked: The hotel 'skimped' on too many things: no kleenex in the bathroom. Nespresso coffee capsules werent refilled after the first night. Staff was pleasant but poorly informed, eg. front desk said Atocha station was a 15 minute walk..not true, Google Maps says 30 minutes.
