  No as described and dirty

  Disliked: Our stay in Madrid was very disappointing. The accommodation was dirty — there were hairs all over the bed and floor, the sofa had stains, the curtains smelled and was dirty. Only two dirty towels were provided. There were no blankets, just empty sheets. The shower had no door so water flooded the floor, and the cooker didn’t work. The walls were falling apart, chairs were broken. We had no option but to stay the night as it was very late when we arrived, and we had to sleep on a bed that was full of hair. On top of this, we were charged an extra €10 for late arrival, even though we informed the host in advance that our flight was delayed. The place is directly on the street, which was not mentioned in the booking description. Overall, the standard was far below expectations and not as described. I would not recommend this accommodation.

  NOT RECOMMENDED. YOUR STUFF COULD BE RUIDED

  Liked: The kitchen was clean, location is ok.

  Disliked: They left chlorine on chair. My jeans and sweater are ruined!! Nobody answered when we called about chlorine. The owners do not care al all!!! The door to rest room is broken. VERY noise. Neighbors were so loud. I couldn’t sleep till 3am. I am not sure that this space can be used like apartments. It looks like here was a cafe or something else. NOT RECOMMENDED. There is no fresh air. There was a big hole under the main door directly to the street.
