  Disappointed

  Liked: …

Disliked: Very disappointing experience. We were given only one set of towels for a five-night stay, just two rolls of toilet paper, and only one blanket for two people, which was extremely uncomfortable. I asked for an extra blanket but had to wait until the following day to receive it. There was nowhere in the bathroom to hang even a bath towel, which was very inconvenient. The floors were dirty, and the bed linen was not particularly clean. The hosts were also extremely inattentive and difficult to contact. They could not be reached via WhatsApp, so we had to call a Spanish phone number instead. On our last day, we experienced an electricity issue, leaving half of the house without power. I contacted them through their so-called “emergency line,” but the problem was not resolved until the following day because the emergency company could not reach an electrician. The host was also unavailable. Can you imagine? Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of basic amenities and support. I would not recommend staying here.

  Superb

Liked: Very quiet and chill location, ideal if you like to avoid the noise and buzz of the city centre. Apartment itself is very well maintained. Everything necessary for a one week stay was readily available. The small outdoor patio was a nice addition (though it was too cold outside to take full advantage of it).

Disliked: There was a technical error with sending the instructions on how to enter the property, but it was quickly sorted out after notifying the property company,

  Comfortable, but

Liked: Very quiet & comfortable. The shade on the bedroom window was wonderful - complete blackout. Fairly well equipped kitchen for a stay. The bathroom sink had counter space, which is sometimes hard to find. The terrace was a nice bonus.

Disliked: Not well supplied - no disinfectant to clean the kitchen, no trash bag in the kitchen, 1 pod for the dishwasher for 6 days. I understand we wouldn't be completely supplied, but it seemed rather sparce for necessities. I emailed the company and on our last day they finally brought some items, but we never did get trash bags. We cook almost every day, so it was tough not being able to keep it clean and tidy. The bathroom was semi-private - the door had a gap like a bathroom in an American restaurant. Hooks by the front door to hang jackets would have been nice too.
