Liked: Check in was seamless and the owner was very helpful! Excellent location and very spacious for a 1 bedroom apartment. Will be coming back for my next trip

Disliked: No air conditioning in the bedroom, only a fan.

Awful. The host forgot about our booking and is still ghosting us, unwilling to provide compensation

Liked: Waiting outside in the cold for 3h was lovely....

Disliked: The host forgot about our booking in spite of us booking it months in advance. We needed to get the keys from her so we agreed to meet outside the apartment at a specific time. When we got there she was unresponsive and eventually told us she forgot about our booking and had to arrange for someone to come clean the flat and then hand us the keys. Resulted in us checking in 3h+ later than planned. She also is still unresponsive to my complaints through booking.com and hasn't offered any compensation yet. Also, the shower drain doesn't drain properly and it caused my friend to get a nasty foot infection. Cannot recommend.

Liked: Loved the location and the fact it was nice and clean

Disliked: There was NO air-conditioning in the bedroom and the airconditioning in the main room had no strength, it was wasn't cold enough. It was 40 degrees in Madrid, so was not comfortable
