  You trade breakfast and Pool for location with this Hotel

  Liked: The breakfast is the best part. It really is very nice. Staff were friendly however, the desk is extremely busy so sometimes very hard to gain access to them. The pool area is also very nice.

  Disliked: Location isn’t amazing. It’s On extremely busy roundabout with lots of roadworks. Well outside the Old city, very bland buildings all around, wide busy roads, you really could be anywhere. It’s near 2 Metro stops but the nearest well serviced one is about a 5-10 minute walk (Pacífico)

  Poor value for money

  Liked: Gym is a commercial one - absolutely massive, if you like that sort of thing. We were hoping for a cosier hotel gym. Member of staff who got us a taxi on the last day was lovely.

  Disliked: Pool is tiny and a bit sad - rickety Luke warm outdoor shower. Gym hours are later on weekends. Found multiple pubic hairs that were clearly not any of ours in a freshly made bed. Our room did not look like the photos in Booking.com - Just not as nice. Someone with a clipboard knocked on our door to ask about the mini bar usage. Area is a construction zone and traffic noise was considerable even on the 4th floor. Third bed wasn’t made with a proper pillow and was only given one despite other beds having two (?). Overall just felt like very poor value for money.

  A great stay with a clean room and an excellent accessible room!

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was very satisfied with everything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The accessible room was very well designed and suited my needs perfectly, which made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I would definitely stay here again!

  Liked: The hotel room - spacious, the bathroom - spacious, there was a clothes steamer in the room

  Disliked: There were engineering works just in front of the hotel (but no noise). The outdoor swimming pool isn’t heated and this information should have been apparent on the website.

  Expensive hotel for average room

  Liked: Staff was helpful. Coffre machine in the room. Clean. Departure at 12.

  Disliked: The room was small and very dark even in bright day light. The view was the narrow rear of the building with machinery. Plus they charge me a breakfast I did not have, and that was supposed to be included. This is the second experience with booking where the hotel gives me a poorly placed room after Cannes.
