  Liked: Place in the city

Disliked: Considering the price, the apartment fell far short of our expectations. Basic amenities were lacking for a group of four—there was not enough shower gel or toilet paper for the duration of our stay, only 4 coffee capsules were provided, and there was no complimentary mineral water. The property is outdated, but more importantly, there were serious safety and hygiene issues: the red lamp in the smaller bedroom causes electric shocks when touched, the entrance door was malfunctioning, and we found cockroaches in the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment in Real Madrid neighbourhood

Liked: Wonderful apartment, superb location that is 5 minute walk to Metro and 5 stops and you are in the centre of Madrid. Apt spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable. Nice touches like Olive oil, salt and pepper. This is a working class neighbourhood in Madrid so normal precautions apply. However safer than many other places, such as London, Dublin. Also went to bars in the local plaza, nice, friendly people. Keyless entry exit was excellent after I got used to it. Above all superb value for money.

Disliked: Nothing! Point out other review negatives. There are 2 benches outside so a few homeless were siting lying there. Big deal! Was safe. Some noise from streets, it is Madrid.

Disliked: Location is not a great one because the street is very loud, especialy at night. Getting a B2B invoice is a nightmare, still pending for the correct one with VAT (paid additionally) after more than 3 months.

  better choose another place

Disliked: if you travel with toddlers, i would not recommend this hotel. it is not located in the best area of Madrid. we did not feel safe when we return to hotel at the evenings. there were many weird people around the hotels especially at the evenings. Cleaning is not their strongest point. room sound insulation is very poor. at one night there was a party next door and till 5 am loud music did not stop. Also it gives you the feeling that costumer support is made through some AI agents. always same type of responses but without giving an actual solution. i wouldn't stay again here.
