  Perfect

  Liked: I just had a wonderful time in the apartment. First of all, it’s located in a quiet, friendly, local residencial area. I didn’t feel a bit of unsecurity during my stay, even I arrived late in the evening. The apartment owner gave me the key, showed the house, introduced the neighborhood with every details. He really helped a lot and very warm hearted. I feel the service is the top. Location: great.You can easily find everything needed in this area, supermarket, restaurants, authentic food… everything. It’s 10 mins drive from airport, so very convenient for traveler. The apartment itself is also, perfect. 2 spacious rooms, cozy beds, clean sheets, all the groceries are prepared, don’t need to bring anything - own slippers of course. If you do need anything, can grab it from the supermarket 1 min walk distance. Generally speaking, it’s perfect for family, 2 couples, friends - I feel pity that I enjoyed the big room alone and didn’t have more time to discover the neighborhood. If I visit Madrid again I will choose this apartment, there is an authentic market with seafood nearby I really wanted to explore - did I mention already;)?

  Overall - all good, nice start, thank you very much

  Liked: Very clean and nice apartament, near the shops.

  Disliked: Quite far away from the city centre, but metro/ subway nearby. 2 hours walking to the centre. Communication in English very basic, which sometimes could be frustrating.

  Liked: Good location 5 mins from metro station. Quiet neighbourhood wirh shops/restaurants in walking distance.

  Disliked: Heated ladder was out of order and as there was very rainy weather, we had some difficulties to dry our clothes.

  Nice and cozy for a short stay and it has everything you need for, with a good value

  Liked: the whole apartment is spacious and comfortable for travelers like us (2 people) and the connection to the Madrid down town is convenient, it is like 20 mins and you are in city center. And with a kitchen/laundry, a sofa bed, owner is very kind and helpful, definitely recommend.

  Disliked: next door is a garage/parking, so sometimes at night we heard laud sound from the garage door. and because is on the ground floor and facing the street, so no view on both side ( bedroom is facing the parking) but it's fine if you are here for cite seeing.
