  Overall a solid apartment for a short stay in Madrid. For the money you pay is a good option compared to other alternati

  Liked: It is a solid overall apartment, that was clean and in a good location, about half an hour to 40 minutes with public transport from city center. The check in process was straightforward and the host replied fast to a request we had.

  Disliked: There were stains on the linen and on the walls. The main bed was not that comfortable as the mattress had a weird angle towards the middle.

  Frustrated and disappointed

  Liked: The only advantage is of this accommodation is the location. It is nearby two underground stations. There are some nice restaurants, bars and shops all around. The street is pretty with some trees. The apartment has a great potential but the way it is run, it is only a rip-off. There is no tea-towel, no glasses for wine, no washing-up liquid, no salt, no tea, no coffee, there was an empty container for hand wash.

  Disliked: We arrived to the apartment at 4.30 to discover that the apartment hadn't been cleaned and prepared for us. Immediately, we started to call the numbers we had been given but nobody answered. We sent the photos of dirty apartment to WA numbers but with no response. Luckily, out of nowhere a cleaning lady appeared but she spoke only Spanish and we didn't understand. Eventually, she cleaned the apartment while we went outside to eat smt. However, nobody contacted us to apologise or give us a compensation.
