  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: I am very disappointed that after we left some clothes behind in the apartment, no one contacted us or notified us about the forgotten items; when I realized the items were missing and contacted the host, I was told they had thrown them away—and unfortunately, they were not cheap items.

  We had a nice stay. Staff is strict about having anyone but registered guests in your apartment

  Liked: The place is well located, the size of the apartment is enough for maximum 3 people, the arrangement of the keys for check in/out was easy.

  Disliked: The neighbour was smoking weed every day 24hrs and the smell is really annoying.

  Great place

  Liked: A wonderful place in the center of Madrid. A small, comfortable apartment with everything you need for cooking and sleeping. The windows face a small side street, so it’s quiet at night. The host is very hospitable and friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

  Great location for an authentic Madrid experience!

  Liked: The apartment is in a great location and is clean and comfortable. The are several, busy, tapas bars footsteps from the front door. Paco met us to show us around and responded quickly to any queries we had.

The interior of the building is undergoing renovations until July 2015.
