  Excelente location for those who plan to walk to major museums and are seeking a clean room

  Liked: The property location is the reason for the hotel selection. It is walking distancie from the main Museums and places I intended to visit when in Madrid.

  Disliked: The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor and always failing.

  Don’t stay here as the air conditioning doesn’t work

  Liked: Staff at the front desk Angela was very helpful

  Disliked: Air conditioning at the hotel doesn’t work. They supplied a small fan which wasn’t enough and the room was way too hot all three nights and wasn’t fixed when I left.

  Not Worth The Price

  Liked: Tiny room for a high price. Two feet between the foot of the bed and the wall, and I didn't book their smallest room. The view: an air shaft. No closet space. Also, a Lilliputian basement gym.

  Wonderful stay

  Liked: We loved everything. The hotel is in an excellent location, and the rooms are comfortable, tidy, and spotless, with a charming Spanish style and every possible convenience. The staff is outstanding—warm, friendly, and always willing to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.
