  Lovely hotel

Liked: Bed was super comfortable and room was spacious.

Disliked: The shower had limited pressure and was constantly very hot and cold. Also the pool was out for maintenance which was a shame as we booked the hotel knowing it had a pool for our heatwave temperatures.

Disliked: At 4 pm we went to sleep with my wife. Someone came inside when we were sleeping and woke us up. When we said what do you need, she said i came to bring you chocolates 😁

Very enjoyable stay, just expected a bit more

Liked: Nice interior, friendly staff, excellent location.

Disliked: Check-in took a bit long, some details in the room were sub-par, esp. given that interior aesthetics were one of key reasons we booked this hotel (half-broken towel hanger, sloppy wall paint work fixes, carpet below used to be nice until it lost its colors).

An excellent hotel in the center of town, quiet but close to important sights

Liked: Professional staff, very helpful, attentive and polite. Clean room, comfortable bed. Clean linens and towels. Good- sized room.

Disliked: Difficult to regulate the water temperature in the shower area. Staff failed to top off the shower gel container, also missed replacing the empty facial tissue box.

Beautiful small hotel in a fabulous location

Liked: Beautiful small hotel in an excellent location. Walkable to the Prado and the Reina Sofia museums, as well as shopping and Plaza Mejor. Felt very safe and the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.
