  It's fairly priced

Liked: Nicely decorated. Generally clean looking. Easy check in check out.

Disliked: There was burn stains and hair on sheets. Plushie pillows blankets were so dusty and. Couch in front of the TV was dusty old uncomfortable and dirty. The distance to public transportation wasn't great. The area was sketchy. On Monday night there was a loud party all night ended up screaming fight at the neighbors until 3 in the morning.

Perfect ambience for pleasant holiday vibes

Liked: Javier and family maintained this property very well. It has everything which is required for pleasant holidays. House was quite clean, artistic and with well warmth of vibes. It is also nearby metro station and grocery stores or market as well. I definitely recommend this property for perfect holidays.

Disliked: Its a bit expensive for the area and a bit far from city centre. 700km walk to Metro station. Otherwise, quiet location and comfortable.
