  Cozy fully equipped apartment

Liked: The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The host was very helpful with all our requests and responded in a timely manner. The kitchen was fully equipped and the rooms were spacious enough. We really enjoyed our stay.

Disliked: The single bed in the small room is a bit narrow.

Lovely, well situated apartment married by lack of hot water

Liked: The apartment was light and airy, well decorated. The location was excellent. Digital check-in is a real time saver. A clothes washer is always appreciated.

Disliked: It was a little short on amenities, such as no dishtowel or even paper towels in kitchen, only one wastepaper basket in the entire apartment. Big problem was lack of hot water. We had enough tepid water one evening for a very brief shower. Repeated discussions with management co resulted in them sending various suggestions to try to reset the system. It was almost like they expected us to stay in the apt during the day to get the next set of suggestions. After 4 days, we moved to a hotel. I would have expected them to take responsibility for the correction promptly. Fix was made 5 days after we arrived.
