  The Emperador offers everything you would want and need for a fabulous stay in Madrid, one of Europe’s finest cities

  Liked: The Emperador is in a fabulous location right on the Gran Via with easy walking access to the whole city center for activity. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The restaurant and bar up top offered tremendous views and good food and beverage options.

  Disliked: I have no negative feedback at all about the property.

  Great location

  Liked: Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, showers were excellent. Location was perfect. TXO taco restaurant next door which is a great place for cheap tacos and margaritas also

  Disliked: Nothing to really dislike, we went in October so access to the rooftop bar was limited and the pool was closed but we knew that before booking. The weather was hot so it was a shame it wasn't available

  Not great

  Liked: Great location. Great views from the roof.

  Disliked: Hotel was generally a bit grubby and needs renovation. The beds were uncomfortable and smelled musty.
