It's ok. Not the best, but not too bad

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, I have no complaints. The location is not the super best, but still very good, very convenient. It's only a few steps from Gran Via.

Disliked: Hotel felt "old". Not sure why, maybe refreshing it is already the plan but not yet completed, but when we were there it felt "tired". We stayed in a newly renovated room, but shower room was off. The shower screen was only half, so water always flooded the whole bathroom floor. We only spent two nights there, so we decided to just suffer through it rather than asking to move. Otherwise we would have asked to move to a different room. Other than that, the room itself was adequate. Beds were comfortable and spacious. But because of the shower room condition and the old feeling of the hotel, I could only give this much rating. I think if the hotel is refreshed, it would be very nice.

Disliked: parking situation is not good. almost easier just to taxi, rather than drive your own car
