  Excellent apartment for either short or long stay in Madrid

  Liked: Facilities for self catering excellent. Very convenient to metro. Quiet area. Owner available and helpful at all times. We would certainly return.

  Disliked: The door from the street was very difficult to open. The bed was on a low platform which was difficult to notice and dangerous for older people.

  Liked: The room was perfect!!! There was all the necessary we needed for our one week staying in!!! Also the metro station was near, about five minutes walking!!! I recommend the room for all!!! Thank you very much for the hospitality!!!

  Great stay

  Liked: The studio had everything I needed for a week-long stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation nearby.

  Disliked: Not a problem for me, but it’s good to know that the kitchen didn’t have a coffee machine (drip or nespresso), there was also no desk, only a dining table, and the closet is fully open to the bathroom, so it can get a bit humid. Additionally, since the building is a bit old, you can hear the neighbors, and the door vibrates when people open or close their doors or walk in the hallway.

  Lovely little apartment in nice neighborhood

  Liked: Very nice little apartment. Had everything I needed, good kitchen, nice bathroom, good wifi and comfortable bed. In a nice, safe, residential and non-touristy area but a metro station was close by and I could even walk into central Madrid. The owner gave good detailed arrival instructions. A great stay in a lovely flat!

  Disliked: They ask you to out the garbage the night before which makes it a bit difficult when you have additional garbage on your final morning. Also the front door key was not always easy to use. But those were just little things, no major problem.

  Decent option for visiting Madrid

  Liked: Clean and comfortable apartment in the Chamberí neighbourhood of Madrid. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and it is a very short walk from the metro. Collecting the keys was easy. It had everything I needed for my stay.

  Disliked: Like places in Spain, the walls a quite thin, but everything was fine for my stay.
