  A beautiful, cozy, secure hideaway in the best neighbourhood of z Madrid!

  Liked: Location, location, location! A stone’s throw from the Parque el Retiro, and located in an atmospheric neighbourhood full of great tapas bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: Could benefit from a Nespresso machine and/or a microwave (small details).

  Adequate and great location!! The building needs a lot of fixing!!

  Liked: The location.

  Disliked: The apartment is adequate but the bed is too small and too low!! There was too much noise from fixing the building which needed a lot of fixing and the neighbors have a dog which barked a lot!!

  We would like to stay again when we come to Madrid

  Liked: The apartment is exactly the same as in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. The location is very good.

  Disliked: The air conditioner does not heat well and is very noisy, it should be repaired or replaced. The common areas of the apartment need maintenance.

  Very bad sound insulation in between the rooms

  Disliked: Very bad entrance. Front door lock was not working properly, it was difficult to be opened with the key and also the front door was not closing well creating safety issues Also broken stair which is dangerous not good lights in the entrance and the entrance walls need paint

  Visit Dali at the National Museum

  Liked: Very nice room for the price. A little small, but ideal if you don’t plan to stay at home all day. Should be comfortable for two people as well. Everything is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. Good location in a quiet area. You can walk to the city center through a beautiful park where you can see peacocks. You can also rent a bike and reach any location in 5–10 minutes. Very good apartments and location.

  Disliked: Theoretically, if you arrive late in the evening, the entrance door to the hall might be closed, and you would need to find a way to contact the property owner to enter. Most of the time it’s open, and if you already have the keys, you can open the hall door yourself (the keys are in a lockbox inside the hall). So, in case of a late check-in, my advice is to contact the property owner in advance to make sure you can get in smoothly.
