This has been my worst accommodation experience ever!!!

Disliked: The room is overrun with ants. The inner room has no windows and poor ventilation. Some furniture was already broken upon check‑in. The host is not replying to my messages, yet they intend to deduct my deposit upon check‑out. I strongly do not recommend this accommodation. This has been my worst accommodation experience ever!!!
Phenomenal experience
Liked: Everything was phenomenal! Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable and good looking. Reception and bar staff in the lobby were very kind and attending. All the amenities are provided and it really is a phenomenal experience all around. There is a bus right in front of the hotel which takes you directly to the city, 20-40 min ride depending on where you are going. The bus line goes often and we had no trouble at all using it for 3-4 days every day. Hotel is also close to the airport and Metropolitano stadium and Uber is really is to get there, so you can go basically everywhere with ease.
Comfortable and easy access
Liked: The property is located a short hop from Madrid. Taxi access was very easy. The room itself was comfortable and the main reception has nice decor and areas for relaxing.
