  A lot of space in the room and good food and service in the restaurant

  Stunning room with great service

  Liked: We loved the hotel and room immensely. The room was so big and stylish I thought we had been given the wrong room. Very comfortable bed, it was nice to spread out. The staff were lovely and pleased to answer any questions. I recommend looking at the special extras as we were able to request a bottle of cava and treats to the room last minute to celebrate our engagement. The food was very enjoyable and our favourite thing was the breakfast.

  Disliked: The water pressure for the bath was a bit poor, could have been waiting a while for a bath. But, that was not a huge problem. That is just me being picky.

  Decent but could be better

  Disliked: The gym was tiny the swimming pool and spa in doors were not working which was a huge disappointment.

  Spacious and comfortable room in a quiet location

  Liked: The room was excellent in size and comfort. Location is not central but well connected by bus, metro, and not too expensive by taxi. Breakfast was great. Suggest to use the 133 bus to go to town. The stop is literally across the road and it takes you straight to Plaza de Espana or Callao for 1.50 euros. On a Sunday it took us 30 minutes, where on a taxi it took 20/25 minutes at a cost of 30 euros. The 133 is a no brainer.

  Disliked: Our flight was late night so had to spend a couple of hours in the reception area killing time. The area is nice and comfortable, but the toilet facilities were not properly maintained. Too much use, requires more frequent attention.
