  Clean, quiet, comfortable

Liked: Quietness - this apartment in on the busy Calle de Atocha and completely quiet. Little gifts much appreciated. (For foreign travelers, olive oil in 100 ml bottles would be better, as we couldn't take the 250 ml on the plane without checking luggage.)

Disliked: Communication was by What'sApp - I don't normally use it. I don't think this was mentioned in the booking - if it was, it wasn't emphasized, and I only found the messages by chance. This is best for someone very accustomed to doing everything on their phone. Unable to get breakfast because we had to leave for the airport before cafe was open

  Stress free stay

Liked: Frédéric was an exceptional host from start to finish. His communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay, and he went out of his way to make everything easy and welcoming. He shared plenty of thoughtful recommendations for Madrid, provided very clear and convenient access to the apartment, and even allowed us to check in a little early, which was incredibly helpful since we arrived in Madrid very early that morning. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Frédéric’s attentiveness and hospitality truly made a difference. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid and would happily stay here again!
