  Horrible experience!

  Liked: The breakfast was ok

Disliked: I paid over €600 a night, and the hotel is old and outdated. It was impossible to get any rest because it was far too hot; despite our complaining every single day, nothing was ever done about it. Old towels Too much noise

  Could improve some things

Liked: Excellent location. Big, nice rooms.

Disliked: No milk in the room despite the fact that there was a kettle, tea and coffee. We asked reception and we were told they don't provide milk pods. Mind blowing for a 4* hotel! The pillows are not great and offer no support to your neck.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Madrid

Liked: The hotel is located in a very busy area, yet the rooms are relatively quiet. The hotel is not luxurious, but it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, especially its location, close to the metro, trains, and buses. The front desk staff are very friendly and promptly address any questions or concerns. I liked their deal with a neighboring parking garage where you can park and pay a reduced price. Good value for money. Highly recommended.

Disliked: I stayed for only two nights and could not find anything I did not like. I also had no chance to rate the food there.

A very good stay which more than fulfilled our requirements and expectations

Liked: Very good room of excellent size; comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast. Very convenient location for Metro, some good restaurants and for Chamartin station.

Disliked: The bathroom basin had a small crack and the WC cistern supply did not always shut off.
