  Exceptional kindness and hospitality — even before arrival

  Liked: Unfortunately, due to unexpected circumstances beyond my control, I wasn’t able to make my long-awaited trip to Madrid or experience the apartment itself. However, I couldn’t let the exceptional kindness of the Feelathome San Marcos team go unrecognized. From the very beginning, Sergio, Mayra, and the entire team demonstrated remarkable professionalism, empathy, patience, and genuine care during what became an incredibly stressful situation. Rather than simply referring me to the cancellation policy, they took the time to understand my circumstances, communicated transparently, honored their commitments, and went out of their way to assist with the refund arrangements. They even continued following up after my cancellation, which meant more to me than they probably realize. Although I cannot personally comment on the accommodation or facilities, the hospitality I experienced through their customer service left a lasting impression. True hospitality isn’t only about where you stay; it’s also about how people make you feel. And this team made me feel genuinely valued and cared for.   BEAUTIFUL apartment in ideal loaction

  Liked: Amazing location and the apartment was BEAUTIFUL. Everything I needed, clean, comfortable and felt safe for a solo female traveller.

  Disliked: No windows other than the ones looking at the lift shaft!

  Beautiful spacious and comfortable apartment in perfect location

  Liked: The flat was so cosy and smelt great from the moment you walked in. There were loads of space, washing machine to wash your clothes and a large clothing drying rack to dry it. The location was perfect, in a beautiful area of Lisbon with incredible restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping all within 10 mins walk. The bed was also extremely comfortable where it even made it hard to get up in the morning hahaha. The hosts were always quick to respond to any issues, questions and requests.

  Disliked: The AC in the living room kept dropping some black dirty every once in a while (but not lots). And after 2 days the AC in the bedroom for the first 10 mins of being on smelt a bit vinegary. These are very small issues though and would recommend staying here to everyone!!

  If you book this property, make sure the apartment you are assigned is the same one advertised

  Liked: The location was good, and the instructions for collecting the keys were clear, making the check-in process smooth.

  Disliked: In the photos for our original booking, the apartment clearly showed a terrace directly connected to the living room. (see the photos below) This was one of the main reasons we chose and paid more for this specific apartment. However, the apartment we received was completely different. Instead of the advertised terrace, we overlooked a boring elevator shaft. We contacted the owner and were told that the apartment with the terrace was under maintenance and that it was not possible to move us. As a result, we paid a higher price for a feature that was advertised but never provided. This was very disappointing and did not match the accommodation we had booked.
