  very clean and comfortable

  Liked: Host was excellent. very responsive and supportive. Apartment was very clean - beds, towels, rooms, kitchen utensils - everything. Well done. we had a problem with heating on the day of arrival. Host was very caring - she sent the people to sort it out immediately. The apartment, rooms were not big as such. but comfortable.

  Disliked: heating on the arrival. the rooms were cold and the heating was not proper. as we arrived late evening, the host wasn't able to solve it on that day. but she was very caring and responsive and resolved it the next day morning.

  Liked: The hosts were amazing. Very flexible and understanding. They waited for us for the checkin, they had a number of complimentary goodies in the apartment to make us feel good when we arrived. This is, in my opinion, much more important than many other factors because your experience during those days will be so much better.
