It honestly did meet our expectations for the price - we had to do an emergency booking and it ended up being one of the

Liked: It was clean and updated. The living room was small but a good enough size in the sense you’re not stuck in a bedroom the entire time.

Disliked: The couch was uncomfortable- the bed was terrific but it was a low quality pull out - we didn’t test the mattress, just the cushions alone were weird.

It's a NO from me, you can find better places

Liked: The bed was nice, good quality, so I slept well. Also the location is good, you can get very fast to local landmarks.

Disliked: Where should I start?! 1) the lady from the reception was very bitter and arrogant ( felt like I was disturbing her by being there) 2) Got a room on level 0; felt right away like you're in a prison. The smell and the lack of light made everything worse- then you get in the room and notice you have just 1 small window. The size of the bathroom was nice, but overall you get the feeling that someone is gonna pop up from anywhere 3) I know Madrid is expensive, but at least make this more friendly and likeable to stay. I will not come back to this place.

The staff were top notch totally helpful and friendly. We sincerely appreciated their assistance

Liked: We liked the location, the room and staff.

Disliked: I didn’t like there were no towel bars to hang wet towels. And I really didn’t like that there were no wash/face towels. The hand towels are too big for washing. The safe wasn’t working and the washer/dryer after six hours of drying never got our clothes dry.

Location great. Apartment just not acceptable

  Liked: Location and facilities

Disliked: Apartment 3B is at the top floor under a slanted roof. This makes that people of our height (1.90m / 6’3”) can’t stand up straight at about 80% of the apartment surface. We could only stand up straight in the small bath room, part of the kitchen and along a narrow path between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment. I couldn’t walk from the bedroom to the bathroom without bending my head the whole time. We might have been unlucky with this specific apartment but 3B is clearly to be avoided.

Fantastic location and great base to get around the city

Liked: The apartment had everything we could ask for we were pleasantly suprised with how good it was! Fantastic location a short walk to Gran Via, was walkable to the palacio de madrid. We used the metro station noviciado which is 1 street away 2 minutes walk to get to the Bernabeu, Metropolitano and Movistar Arena for the basketball. We loved our time in the apartment and the city of Madrid I'm sure we will return on the future so much more to see and do.

Disliked: Nothing never had any problems
