  Liked: The views, the location and the balcony

  Disliked: The jacuzzi not being available, a lot of things were pretty dirty or broken, shower handle was broken, mirror was broken and few other minor things. Not much toilet paper was provided, no oil/ salt and pepper either they were all empty. Also one of the doors didn’t lock. Apart from that good stay

  Everything was perfect

  Liked: Everything was perfect. We only stayed 2 nights for a show we booked tickets at the Capitol right next to the accommodation. We arrived late the first day and haven’t spent much time in there, but the beds were super comfortable and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. Instruction on how to get in were clear and easy. The owner was responsive, we got a reply within minutes each time. Location is great right in the middle of Gran Via. Lastly and most importantly for us the place is dog friendly so our little pooch could stayed too. Terrace has an open and a closed part which is great. We would definitely return.

  Disliked: Too bad that the jacuzzi can not be used during winter 🥲 We would have loved it, but this has in no way affected our stay.

  Not really worth the value

  Disliked: The jacuzzi water is very dirty. Unable to utilize. The pillow and blanket are very cheap.
